WISMOZ is a supplier of agricultural equipment such as water pumps and irrigation systems for the farmers in Mozambique. All the products that it supply’s are completely green and are powered by either solar energy or gravity. The agricultural land in Mozambique is very fertile but it is not utilised optimally by the farmers due to the associated costs. With our WISMOZ products, the farmers are able increase their production as they save.
Market Opportunity/ Problem
There are around 4.2 million registered subsistence farmers in Mozambique. The country is very rich in terms of the land fertility and water source. However, most of the farmers live in very poor conditions and do not have enough resources to supply their produce to regions outside their own. With WISMOZ’s products, these farmers are be able to save money on power consumption for water pumping and irrigation.
