Market Opportunity/ Problem
The market is in Supermarkets, groceries, restaurants and groceries in Kampala and Entebbe. The people in the cities like to eat health foods so they go for organic products. The problem is eggs are perishable and delicate so we tend to sell them in the vicinity thus not reach all who would like to have them. I am looking for investment to process eggs so that they can have a longer shelf life and also to use egg shells for calcium to both animals and plants
