Market Opportunity/ Problem

Only 2% of soybean protein is consumed directly by humans in soy food products such as soy milk, soy meat, soy snacks, and vegetable oil. Most soybeans are processed into aoybean meal and fed to livestock, such as poultry and pigs. Soybean has risen to become a leading crop because of its use domestically and for industrial use. The future of soybean production and utilization is bright because of the growing local and international market demand.
