Nyama World sells a range of raw and processed beef and goat meats through its retail outlets, the wholesale market and to the hospitality sector. Nyama World maintains full compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards.
Market Opportunity/ Problem
The company is looking to scale up the Mama Nyama outlets. Currently each outlet has one freezer and two cooler boxes with a sales target of MK1,000,000/mth achieved within 90 days and a target of not dropping below MK750,000/mth going forward. The future model which is already in motion is to scale up the outlets to three freezers and increase the basket of products sold.
