Farmer Lifeline technologies exists to solve problems faced by farmers by using technology to come up with timely solutions. The crop disease and pest detection device is mounted in the farm and takes pictures of the farm frequently and in case a pest or a disease is identified, it sends an SMS to the farmer of the infestation and the action to take. The information is then sent to the analytics dashboard for analysis and future decision making. The device has a radius of 300 meters and is powered by solar.
