Description
Vantage is the largest and most experienced independent mezzanine funder on the African continent. Since 2006, Vantage has made thirty investments across three successive funds into ten African countries. Mezzanine debt is a cheaper alternative to traditional private equity (lower dilutive impact) as well as an alternative to bank debt (for business that can’t access bank funding or do not have the capacity to take on additional bank funding).
