Sahel Capital pioneered the first food and agriculture sector focused private equity fund for Nigeria and is an active thought leader in the Nigerian agricultural space. The firm raised a debut US$65.9 million fund in 2014, the Fund for Agricultural Finance in Nigeria (“FAFIN”), to catalyze the food and agriculture sector in Nigeria.
